iPhone theme with Wisbar customization

Anyone found any good iPhone skins that use Wisbar for my HTC Touch? I'm really wanting something that's pretty comprehensive and allows me to tweak everything. I've narrowed it down to these 2-

I've looked at:

One costs $13 the other is freeware, but it seems like you get so much more with the iphonethemeforpocketpc.com website than the other.

Any advise? I've never installed a theme before.
