Is it possible to keep keep the "Today" screen from coming up or disabling it?

download and install this file will keep "today" screen away or shall I say spb up all the time

I would like to use the weather button on the bottom to exit to the today screen where I have weatherpanel w/ diamond theme running (thats the only thing thats active on my today screen) I'm assuming I have to edit the qa_layouts.dat file but it's all greek to me. Can anyone give me some guidance?

I've downloaded cabs before and got them to work but I'm lost here. I'm trying to get the SPB and HTC skin file to work on my touch but it's not happening.

This theme is awesome. It functions really well if you d/l the watcher file too. Problem is it functions too well. Can you get to a dial pad (I have 700wx) from the theme? All I can seem to get is my contacts but no dial pad. Someone posted one earlier but I am sure it was not for a 240x240.
