Creating a WAD theme

I searched and tried to find this info, but was unable to find anything. What program if any is available to create/modify a Wisbar Advanced Desktop (WAD) theme? I have a Treo and all of the iPhone themes I can find are for 320x240 and will not work on my phone. I am looking to modify one of the existing ones for my own use. Do I haveto do it with Notepad and Paint or is there something else out there that I can use? Thanks in advance.

Re: Creating a WAD theme

I would love to know how you fixed the call status not showing up. It is bugging me that I can not see it. Please reply with what you had to change. I am muttling my way through a WAD theme. I am using Lazyboy's theme as a guide and using it to develop something for my Treo.

Which iPhone theme are you using on your wife's Treo?

The only things I am trying to do that I can not figure out are below.

1. I am trying to assign a button on the desktop to the "Cascading Start Menu" from Wisbar Advance. I can assign it, but it will not work.
2. I made a second virtual page to have my speed dials on, but the Speed dial plugin only shows one line and nothing more. I would like to show the entire Speed dial plugin.

I have a third page so that I can click to my WeatherPanel plugin.

Re: Creating a WAD theme

I know this is getting OT, but it's my thread so I didn't think it really mattered.

Like I said, I am muttling my way through developing a theme. I am running the MicroSoft Windows Mobile 5 Emulator and setting up a theme, which I will then transfer to my phone when it is 100% complete. I am also editing the images with PhotoShop and editing the theme files with Notepad.

When I started the thread I was hoping that there was an easier way to do it, but given the lack of response, I don't think there is.

Now back to off-topic, meusick, I would love to know how you got the iPhone theme to work on your wife's 700 as well as the reg hacks to fix the call status notifications.

Thanks.
