There are great icons there but all inside the ".dat" files. Anyway to get them out to use with iPhone skin here?

Another question about installation. I am using HTC Home plus and I want to use these icons. What folder are they placed into? I see you indicated iPhone_Portrait folder. Do I create that and if so where? Thanks for your help and the wonderful job on the icons.

First, thanks to Torx for the awesome theme and now the icons! You rock!

Question: I've been trying to add some icons to Torx theme, but cannot get the transparent effect (e.g., they all have pink backgrounds or borders). I read forums and find the same question but not really any answers. I don't want to really "make" icons, as there are too many people with crazy skills who do this a ton better at it than I would ever be. I just want to know if I'm using the wrong image format or doing something stupid.

I found all the icons I want from various sources, most in png format mostly in the 100+ and 60 pixel range. I've tried to resize image and use the select tool-cut for the borders, but I still get varying degrees of pink when inserted into Torx theme. What's up - Please help!!!

alphaconv.exe is your friend.

load up a transparent png, modify it while keeping the transparent background, then open alphaconv.exe, select "output to .tga", drag and drop your png work into the box area and it'll output .tga without the pink backgrounds. enjoy!
