Seems simple enough, but it is not working. Should I be saving the PSD file to a PNG and then creating my TGA from a PNG?

EDIT: I went from PNG to TGA using the AlphaConv program and it worked. If there is a better way to do it, PLease let me know. Otherwise, I am going to go crazy with some new icons.

thats the way I do it. Its an extra step but it works 100%

Any chance of getting this to work on a 240x240 palm treo screen ? Any advice would be appreaciated thanks in advance

These are just icons. Using the many other iPhone themes out there as a guide, I have developed something using Torx's icons and WAD2. The theme is iPhone-esque and works perfectly on my Treo 700wx. I need to get a screen capture software. Once I do, I will post a screen shot.
