I have a 2g ipod touch as well. I jailbroke mine with 0s 3.0 and its not nearly as stable as i thought the os was. Random freeze-up, restarts etc. Although i have to say browsing is much superior to wm, and gameplay is much better than the touch pro, i have snes, nes, gba, psx emulators running and they work very well. The jailbroken apps from cydia are actually useful, and the themes are a very nice touch. From my experiance ipod is all fun, its more of a toy than anything else and i would never get an iphone

I heard the first iPhone was designed to look just like an anal probe, but then after careful use....err... consideration, it was changed to its current shape!

I have played with I phones and other than the glass screen, I am not impressed. Someone else stated it is an idiot proof phone, I can agree on that as well. But how the heck do you get into the mobile entertainment game and not support stereo bluetooth till years later? Most normal phones have had stereo bluetooth for 5 years? The main deal breaker for me is the lack of removable storage and the stated bluetooth issue. But I will be dropping htc for samsung if they dont get their crap together and build a better phone. The Omnia pro is in my sights, and I may be going to verizon!

The omnia 2 looks amazing im really tempted to wait till that comes out instead of getting the tp2

All crapple products either look or feel like anal probes. Why do I say this? Because whether they actually do or not, just the price alone feels like they be jammin somethin large into you. Then make you wait a few years to get basic functionality that other phones (not even smart phones) have.
