Re: Another Titan to Touch Pro thread... Should I go for this? (long)
Wow, I'm surprised you had to go through Asurion to get replacement Moguls. I went through 3 erroneous Titans (with Verizon), and they just sent me new ones (or refurbs). Anyways, I am now waiting (impatiently) for Fedex to come by today with my new TP. Verizon sent me a new one in exchange for my Titan (I did have to pay the phone difference of $50), but I don't have to extend my contract. I never had to put my phone in the microwave, or intentionally damage it. I called Verizon, explained the problem. They tried to help fix it. Since they couldn't, they would issue a new one. I don't know Sprint's protocol on warranty issues, but you shouldn't have to go through insurance. It definitely makes sense for you to be able to return your Mogul, and pay the price difference for the TP.
