You guys are great....I do like the compactness of the Diamond and it's ez to use......but I think I would miss out on the flash of the pro. I do use the camera alot...hmm....such decisions.....why couldn't they put a flash on the diamond.....come on HTC....lol

Looks like I should stay where I am at with my Touch Pro.....

Thanks again..

Touch Pro is great but as stated the battery life is terrible.

I've seen a few "tv out" comments, I'm coming from a 6800, what is "tv out"?

Easy explanation - There is a cable that you can buy or make and you can plug it into your TV and you can see your TP screen on the TV.

Re: Touch Pro or Touch Diamond

you can kind of do this with the Diamond, only you can see you Diamond screen on the computer. So do me this isn't a big deal. I heard just as many "horror" storys with the TP as I have with the Diamond. I heard the Chrome wears off over time on the TP and the same heat/battery issues as with the Diamond.

To me I don't experience them issues to the point that I would want to get rid of the Diamond or Pro for that matter. The onscreen keyboard (in my case I use Touch Pro) is good enough for me and I use my Ipod Touch for music/Video Which IMO blow this phone out of the water.

I voted for Diamond, because to me the few things that the TP adds for $50 isn't worth it for me.

Re: Touch Pro or Touch Diamond

Touch Pro is the only way to go for me. The TV out feature will be put to good use from this weekend. I'm running my homemade cable (thanks PPCGeeks) to my head unit in my car, so whatever navigation software I choose to use will show up on the screen. The resolution when connected to my HDTV wasn't that great, but I figured it should be pretty decent on a 6.5" screen compared to a 42" LCD.
