Will Sprint trade my old Mogul for a new Instinct?

i got sprint to agree to swap phones for what ever i want but i have been with sprin t for 6 yrs and pay all bills in full... but if you call corp. office they will hook up with what you want 730-433-4000 is the # and you must tell them that this issue with phones is their fault for not doing better r&d on the phones

shawn524, I also had a Mogul phone for a year. Like you, same phone and not really any problems. Just got tired of dealing with Win Mobile. Wanted something different and bought the Instinct almost 4 weeks ago. Have to say.....I really like the phone. It is an easy phone to use. GPS rocks, like the threaded text messages, HAS MMS - CAN SEND PICS TO PHONE NUMBERS, love voice command (works sooooo much better than Mogul), visual voice mail is great, actually like the Instinct keyboard waayyyyy better than Mogul - is very responsive, just to name a few features. Battery life is awesome! Sprint Web brower sucks, but Opera Mini is working on a version for the Instinct and should be out soon (had Opera Mini on my Mogul and miss it.) The phone is open to 3rd party development and there will be some great programs created for the Instinct. I am looking forward to a long relaxing and enjoyable relationship with my Instinct.
