I left sprint... that opened up a lot more choices

6700->6800->TP -> /dev/null

Best of luck, there are some interesting things happening right now in the mobile space. Anything you get is going to be obsolete the day it ships, so don't get too hung up on that. I'd buy something that does what you want NOW, not "maybe someday in the future after several updates".
