Re: Sprints EVO 4G and EPIC 4G Comparison

From playing with 2 phones for about a while, I came to conclusion that I like the epic bit better.

One to his/her own but from my experiences with it,

Thing that Evo has better on Epic.

Screen size. (yes, I like that additional .3" of screen)
No physical keyboard. (I like thin as possible)
Better camera flash
Dev teams with awesome support.

Things that's better on Epic

Super AMOLED screen.
It makes wonders of different in many reasons.
1st, super bright screen.
2nd, more vibrant colors.
3rd, better battery life due to less power consumption then regular LCD screen.
4th, makes phone thin + lighter. (epic is only .1" thicker then evo WITH the keyboard)

GPU
After testing the GPU and also viewing the test results of others, GPU of Epic is more then twice better then EVO. (Evo's score was 30, PS2's gpu scored 60 and i belive Epic was 73 or something like that)

CPU
Yes, they both use same 1ghz however, Qualcomm's chip is 3 years old and hummingbird cpu is less then a year old. It takes less electricity meaning better battery plus many user reports show that it's bit more snappier then evo.

Oh yea, did I mention that glass is gorilla glass on Epic? Muuuuch more durable then standard LCD and nearly 1/3 of it's size.
