Re: Guide to Install TouchFLO 2D on the Treo Pro
Technically our devices will do TF3D, except TF3D doesn't support our resolution. We do have the appropriate drivers though.
Sadly, we can also use 3D in SPB Mobile Shell 3, but they don't support our resolution either...

Re: Guide to Install TouchFLO 2D on the Treo Pro
Below are some tips for 128dpi user
I add more info here. These are from my exp of installing M2D on WM 6.1 1. Install everything as instructed 2. Go to M2DC and install new theme 3. IMPORTANT 1 - FIX THE ICON POSITIONS: after the new theme is installed, go to M2DC again, go to Back up & Restore, choose Restore from Default Setting; then your icons arrangement will return to it right places; not half appear as 1st installation, BUT the clock will completely mess up. => I saw koolcdj69's M2D on WM6.5 has this problem too. Will you give it a try? I didn't update my Treo Pro to WM 6.5, so I have no chance to try. 4. IMPORTANT 2 - FIX THE CLOCK: before you do this, please remember to: a. Choose the bars you want to appear on the front list; remember the number of the bars is not smaller than the default (7 bars), if you, for example, choose only 6 bars, the bars will totally mess up. There is no fix until you choose >= 7 bars. b. Copy HTCSettings.xml from Window folder to your local computer's HDD folder c. Try below code value to the right places (for noob: you know how to search the value, don't you?) <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_RECT" id="2" value="12, 31, 308, 149" /> <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_1STDIGIT_POS" id="3" value="74, 42" /> <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_2NDDIGIT_POS" id="4" value="113, 42" /> <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_SEPARATOR_POS" id="5" value="65, 25" /> <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_3RDDIGIT_POS" id="6" value="171, 42" /> <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_4THDIGIT_POS" id="7" value="210, 42" /> <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_ALARM_POS" id="8" value="240, 47" /> <Property name="IDHMWG_CLOCKBTN_AMPM_POS" id="9" value="75, 105" /> d. Save it, go to Phone Setting, turnoff TouchFlo in Today setting, copy back to overwrite in Window folder => restart M2D Then you can have a quite nice and fixed theme. Note: NEVER EVER try to set anything in M2DC at the tab Home XML Settings. It will overwrite all the code you changed, which means the clock will mess again, and the bars will return back to default setting. |

Re: Guide to Install TouchFLO 2D on the Treo Pro
Does anyone know why I the bottom part of the screen is cut off. I have everything hooked up correctly and using the xml file for native resolution, but about 1/2 the widget bar at the bottom is cut off. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, for all your hard work!
