havn't taken a Treo Pro apart but if it is anything like the 700wx was, it should be a breeze. I think there were only 6 screws and some plastic snaps. Just work slow and be patient and you should be good.

As I said in the article, I tried to remove the digitizer but it seemed like it was held down by glue, so i didn't want to risk damaging my device.
Have you tried removing your digitizer? Worst case, you can replace the face plate, but there are digitizers on Ebay, so the digitizer should be removeable. |

No, I havn't tried removing the digitizer.
Back in my Nextel days I replaced the housing on my i870 and I had to heat the glue with a hair dryer. If you do it, don't get to close or do it too long as you just want to heat it enough to soften the glue...5 seconds tops. |
