Bump...
Anyone heard anything more about this bad boy? I emailed Sprint about 2 weeks ago and they didn't know anything about it coming to their stable. late, Coz |

Re: 850/pro!!!!!
There are very rare and subtle rumors going around about a CDMA version being developed for VZW instead of them getting the 800w (another half-year to wait maybe???), but nothing definite or official regarding a CDMA version of the Pro!!

http://www.wmexperts.com/articles/tr...rint_afte.html All of that info above could be faked, as I demonstrate in the discussion thead, but I don't that is the case here. Was this through official Sprint channels? Q1 2009 would sound about right for Sprint were they to get this... Any truth to this SKU being in the Sprint system and referring to the 850? Re: 850/pro!!!!!
I am thinking I will give VZW until Sprint picks-up the Pro and if they haven't at least started selling the 800w, I am finding a way to switch. I will deal with coverage and CS issues. I think VZW is really taking a beating in the WM market!!!!
P.S. I am NOT feeding into the Storm hype the VZW reps are trying to substitute for WM devices either!!! |

Re: 850/pro!!!!!
Sprint coverage is generally better than Verizon's from my travels. Verizon roams so often while Sprint is nearly 100% their own network. CS has been better recently, but that's relative.
