Treo 800w Fails On Me For The 3rd Time! Im Done With This Phone!!!!!

I totally understand I also went through 3 treo 800's before I finally gave up. I really liked the form factor and many features of the phone although it just would not perform as I needed it to. The first csr also was only going to give me $75 but I kept calling and asking for retentions. I explained I really didnt want to leave Sprint I just needed a phone that met my needs. The 2nd call to retentions I got a great lady who actually called me back and worked with me to get a BB Curve for $150. It was frustating to have a phone that didnt work properly and then be told by the reps at the store sorry you just have to live with it, spend $600 on a new one from Sprint, or ebay it. I know it doesnt help much but I hope that it does work out for you.

I am on my 2nd touch pro in 3 weeks... So the HTC stuff has it issues too. I am starting to wonder if the makers of these phones just skip quality control in lew of getting mass numbers of phones out the door.

I think that is the case, on my second TP only because it came out the cheap TP case that comes with it and cracked.
