With the included wall charger and a Sprint branded car charger it will charge my phone will talking. If I'm using my GPS with backlight turned all the way up my car charger very slowly charges my phone. I mean very slowly. After a couple of hours I notice only a 5% charge.

At home, on the wall charger, if I use WMWifiRouter I've noticed that if both my wife and I are connected and using heaving data, like streaming video, the charger can't keep up and the phone will actually lose charge. Thats with an active data connection, wifi on, and the backlight off.
wow....two streaming at once..how are your speeds when doing that?

You mean having an active data connection and wifi going at the same time? Thats one operating method on WMWifiRouter. It turns your phone into a wireless router by using your data connection as the internet source and then sending it out using wifi. You can do it with bluetooth instead of wifi but I don't know if you can connect more than 1 pc to it using bluetooth.

My connection speeds are pretty fast. I use an app called BitMeter on my pc and I'm easily able to stream shows on hulu, youtube, and netflix. BitMeter shows a steady download rate of around 700-900kb/s.

It charges when I use as a modem, when its plugged directly into my pc via usb. It will also charge it I'm using WMWifiRouter with bluetooth instead of wifi. I'm not sure why you're experiencing these weird charging issues.
