Treo 800w has been giving me problems.. Diamond??

So my phone has been having a ton of problems... not charging right... settings going back to default all the damn time... so on and so forth..

So I have used the treo 700wx and now this and I am just about ready to go to something else.. I love the keyboard and the cut and paste and all the other features that makes the phone a Treo but I am sick of having my text message tone go back to default all the time!

So what do you guys think I should do. I already had the first one replaced and this one is doing the same damn thing.

Please help!
