Anyone ever heard of this place or actually used them? I glanced at the site and, I don't know. For some reason I wouldn't feel 100% comfortable giving them my money.

I did and it works. You can give them a call they have 24 7 support. I set up mine last night around 11 0 clock and the person walked me through it!

Check out seven.com, completely free. It's in beta right now, so there are a few kinks here and there - but its been working GREAT for me.
