MS Live Search errors

I've had my 800 for about a week now, and as I'm sure you all know, Live Search is awesome. Mine is getting an error message now, both in the 2007 and the updated 2008 versions. I really don't want to have to do a hard reset...here is the error message and details. I'm new to WM (had 3 previous palm OS devices) and don't have the faintest clue what the error means. FYI, network connections (data, GPS, everything is working great on all other programs). Thanks for any help!!!
