Re: Home Plugin yet that works on treo 800W

the six tab htc home plug in from xda-developers seems to work, but just need to redo the program short cuts. Also the middle part is squashed just a hair, but it does seem to work. I will see if i can find it and post the link for you later.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?p=2452768 (the xda thread)

try this one: it works on my treo 800w all i have to do is to redo the application short cuts. The middle part were it shows text message count and vmail and all is squashed just a bit, but it works..

http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...7&d=1193745019 works but does need to redo the application short cuts, and squashed a bit in the vmail text and email counts, but no big deal there.

also try this one:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...2&d=1193146742

Also try touch commander with out the task manager optional install and it has a htc home plug in look a like. it even has a cube like the touch or try spb mobile shell 2.0

Re: Home Plugin yet that works on treo 800W

Here's the steps i took to use HTC Home
1. Start with comment #3 here; the vga version
http://discussion.wmexperts.com/show...light=htc+home
I did not 'unpin' as the discussion suggests; works better for me that way. Be SURE to immediately hit the red x when on launcher to clear the options, as the screen switcher choice will brick the phone. DO NOT use screen orientation switcher.

2. D/L and install HTC Home customizer from our Emu-lovin' friend, v1.0 (the addons can be d/l from within the program)., enjoy checking out different settings
http://www.pocketemu.com/download.html

3.D/L and install LVMTime
http://handheld.softpedia.com/get/Bu...me-22314.shtml

4. D/L and install MS themes
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...bstract#themes

Adjust menus and such, make it yours, then use Sprite backup to save. Clean and simple.

Sorry it took so long people but here it is. The only thing I have a problem with is that it HHC doesn't work to customize it....weird but I will find away around it.

Re: Home Plugin yet that works on treo 800W

I really don't know all the issues...I got the cab file doing a google search online at xda developers, maybe whoever is having the issues can search the particular thread. Personally I have since uninstalled it because hhc customizer didn't want to play nice on my device
