800w not downloading attachments

What file type are you opening? I don't know why it would open in PIE. I am trying to open a word document. (test.doc). when i click and hold the middle button, i dont see save-as option. I just see options like select all text, back, refresh, favorites, zoom ...
This is happening only with gmail. I am actually logging into gmail through Internet explorer.

You need to make sure you have the attachment selected first, then press and hold the center button.
