Messaging Windows distorted

When I open up any messaging format (Text, mms, etc.) all of the messages have black horizontal lines running through them. However when I open a message the lines are gone. They only seem to appear in the inbox and outbox of the messaging formats.
Any thoughts?

And yes...I've performed several soft resets.

Do you have a screenshot?

Since soft resets don't work, try backing up and performing a hard reset. Check if they display correctly and restore the backup. If after the back up they are distorted again then there's something corrupt.

Hard reset again and start installing program by program and backing up after each install to pinpoint the root of the problem.

Uhmm never seen that before...

My guess is something is corrupted??? I don't see how a theme could do that. Have you tried another theme for the heck of it and see if it does the same?

Hey Pibe...I tried another theme and the problem (the lines) are gone. I went back to my previous theme and all seems to be working just fine. Thanks for the helping out with the obvious!

Well sometimes you just need a fresh pair of eyes on the problem. I had that brief moment of panic set in ("Oh Sh#t") and lost my ability to think clearly for a time. Thanks again.

this happened to me also not as bad though, this happend when i installed a theme also.
