Do you have a screenshot?
Since soft resets don't work, try backing up and performing a hard reset. Check if they display correctly and restore the backup. If after the back up they are distorted again then there's something corrupt.
Hard reset again and start installing program by program and backing up after each install to pinpoint the root of the problem.
