Spent over an hour on the phone with sprint last night and they had me reset the radio, they pulled the vision service on and off bla bla bla.....then the rep asks the question of the day. "Do you have any important contacts or files on your phone?" I was like err yeah its a PDA/smartphone what else do you think I would use it for? They wanted me to do a hard reset. I hung up with them and I backed everything I could up and did the hard reset only to have it act the same. While I was reloading all my stuff back on today the internet started working again. Not sure whats up maybe they are fixing stuff on their end.

yeah i called sprint & they had me do the same things & nothing they had me do worked. I even did a hard reset & internet still didn't work on the basic. I backed all my stuff up though. It finally started working again after I switched the DNS server back.

I"m in Detroit, MI and my connection is real slow too. its been this way for a couple of weeks. I really don"t use the internet that much just to check football scores.
