I realize this might derail the conversation a bit - but I was just thinking....
I assume that most of you guys also have messed with the o2 SMS PLUS program.... What about using the renaming of the SMS folder to SMS.old and using o2 SMS Plus as the default message program. This would stop the default from getting the message, then all we need to do is figure out a way to make the o2 SMS Plus get the message by default, even if you haven't opened it up. Make sense? |

I never actually installed SMS Plus but I'm aware of the big waves it almost made...
Now, as far as how to get it to work, what you suggest could be effective but I have no idea what changes were made with that program in the registry. Could be worth a look. |

You can find it here:

I too want the treo program to work, if it did, im sure we all would consider it to be the best out there. Looks like we've come to a bridge we cant cross tho. Havin all the messages sit in the outbox and have to manually resend certainly defeats the purpose. Seems to be a big problem because its been cracked for a while but even the best gurus cant seem to figure out the problem |

not happening! It's an error on CompUSAs part. I stake my reputation on it. No way did CompUSA get the scoop on the entire internet community! No way is Sprint launching a 2nd WM treo that is barely different 1.5 months after the last! |

They probably mixed it up with Cingular... I agree, I was actually surprised Sprint released the IP-830W so soon after 700wx, I doubt they would come out with another PDA phone from Palm so quickly.
