Thanks hannip...found the problem to be with GOODLINK. after switching back to activesync to retrieve mail from co. server, no worries! GOODLINK is a reg. hog; it will try to dominate as many settings necessary as possible. good prog. just too strong!

How do we know if our ROM is Pre-AKU2.3 or Post-AKU2.3? I have a Sprint PPC-6700.

Thanx

Thank you.

Reason why I'm asking is because I have to perform a hard reset right now and wanted to know if I should install the latest Beta 4 or the Beta 3 which I have been using.

That's what I figured, but wasn't sure when I opened the instructions because it said to only use it if you had the Pre-AKU2.3.

Is the MMS working on it now?

MMS only works on Hermes devices that are at the AKU2.3 level right now. You can continue to use the arcsoft MMS app however

Ok so I will still load up my ArcSoft MMS when I'm finished hard resetting.

So the only sound files that show up for me are .mid files. We still need a treo 750 user to tell us what files they see listed.
