The development of this app has stopped due to Palm asking everyone to stop making it available for download since it is their intellectual property and not intended to be used on devices they did not release it for.

Also, if you get ahold of this app... picture mail does not work with it, it never worked, and it probably won't be fixed until Palm releases it officially.

Finally... please do not send other users or 'staff' members PM's asking for the app unless they have made it clear they are willing to take PM's about it.

I, personally, never used it and do not have a copy of it.

Well I recently tried out the app, but it seems messages I send are not getting received :( And now even messages sent with the standard messaging app aren't being received :( Sounds like i'll be doing a hard reset :(

Is there any way to get sound notifications working (when I receive a text)?

This prrogram works great on the 6700. Has anyone gotten it to work on the Q, or any smartphone, for that matter?

Works on the Dash, doesn't work on the Q.

If you use phonealarm I don't believe there is a way to get the notifications. Otherwise you should be able to go to start-settings sounds & notifications to change the sound file. On the Notifications tab select Event "Messaging: New Message (Palm" and then select a sound file to use. The cab install selects Treo Classic for the sound file. This is fine for treo's, but other devices will not have this file. You'll need to pick another.

Did you follow the steps in the HowTo doc? I assume you have a 700wx since you have posts in that forum. You must copy the 13 rom files as instructed in the HowTo doc.

I have no problem with phonealarm alerting me when new text messages arrive.
