I'm not sure what program though "last dialed number" is...I mean you have to tell AEB what to launch and I have no idea what it is or even looks like.

But I don't really get why you want this. Hitting the green button now gives you a list of last dialed numbers and ability to launch the dialpad, seems kind of redundant.
