Quite honestly, I don't know, if anything I think it is a little TOO big, all I did was compress the image to meet the restrictions of this site, other than that, I really don't know why mine is larger than a lot of others (genetics maybe????? LOL).

In the first screen shot from top to bottom:

WisBar for the top menu bar. Then it looks like PhoneAlarm below that. Then TodayAgenda. The the stock Picture Dial that's on every 700wx.

There is a discussin in this thread about how to change your dialing skins. I'd start looking around page 45 and up.
