For future reference, what happened is the themes were not designed for WM5 and that's why the bars don't change along with the theme.

At least that's what I've been reading...

Nice screen digital0verdose. Looks like your are running Wisbar Lite?

And to do Wisbar themes you need Wisbar Advance 2 (WA2). Their are no themes/skins for Wisbar Lite.
