You are probably trying to run the ZIP file and you don't have an app to do so.
You need to extract the CAB file and then run it. Check the FAQs sticky for programs that will allow you to handle ZIP files on your device.

When you download the file from this site, you are downloading a CAB file compressed in a ZIP file. You have 2 options, either download it to your PC and then extract the CAB file from the ZIP file on your desktop. Then you would send the CAB file to your device, and execute it there to install the application. The second options is to install another File Explorer to your device, like Resco Explorer (paid, but it includes a free trial) or Total Commander (free), both of these are linked to on the FAQs sticky as said above. Then you can download the ZIP file directly to your device, extract the CAB file directly to your device, and execute it there to isntall the application. |

CAB file
Well I downloaded the program to my PC but now I'm having trouble sending it to my phone. I put the CD for the phone in the drive and tried to sync it but for some reason I think I am doing something wrong. I go to tools and hit add and remove programs but I can't get the file to transfer.

That's because that's for programs that are installed FROM your PC with PC .exe files.
This app is a .cab file, meaning it will only install FROM your device itself. Download the file to your PC, extract the .zip file, then connect your device to your PC, click on Explore on Activesync, copy the .cab file, paste it on your storage card or My Documents on your device, and finally run it FROM the device using the File Explorer. |

has anyone been able to view a pic message after installing this (freakin awesome!) program and modding the registry to appear as if you have IE6?

I'm sorry if this has been covered, I searched and skimmed over this thread and didn't see the answer for my question. Is there any indication on whether this application will work on the Mogul (6800) or not? It's been confirmed that it doesn't have Picture and Video Mail like its predecessors. Thanks.
