So yes I CAN data roam on sprint.

I can verify this also.....on the 6700 I forced it to roam on altel since they only had evdo in my area. So you can do data roaming and never seen a problem with the treo doing it either.....this is Alltel not Verizon which from my understandng Sprint does have a agreement with them also.
