Random Outlook email "bug"

I get all my work email on my 700wx using mail2web. I get a random "bug" where I will attempt to open an email, and I'll see the expanding lines animation like it's opening, but nothing happens. I can't mark the offending message as read and I can't delete it... the only way to get rid of it is to move it to deleted items.

Anyone have this problem? I can't tie it to any specific type of email, ie, from a certain sender or with attachments or anything. It's completely random. I have the "markallasread" cab installed, wonder if that's causing trouble.

Your thoughts are appreciated.

Uhmm that has not happened to me and I use both mail2web and the mark-all-as-read CAB.

How long do you wait for the message to process? Maybe it's a long message and you are not allowing enough time for it load?

It happens no matter how long I wait. Also, I have it set to only download the first 5k of the message.

I think it may be time to contact mail2web support. I really don't know what the issue could be...
