How to Convert .prc to .Carb

Is there a way to convert .prc files to .cab. I can't seen to install .prc files on my treo 700wx windows and was just wondering if there was a way.

you cant convert them to cab however you can install an app that emulates Palm os so that u can use them http://www.styletap.com/downloads.php
