Sprint Treo 700wx PAM

Hi guys. I have the sprint treo 700wx with the sprint acess pack, which has unlimited data & web access. My question is, is can I use my treo 700wx for a PAM without getting charged extra fees, or do I need the PAM plan to do so. any advice or links would be greatly appreciated thanks guys.
