I think the bluetooth problem will occur after restore cos the backup file is made when the problem happens. For you safe reason, you may need to run a selective restore to restore "My document" "Email" and "Personal Database" except "System Data". You may need to manualy re-configure your device after restore.

Or you can ask Sprite for support to download that Sprite Explorer to only extract some useful files to your device, then configure your device to run a backup.

no, just do a backup, no need to restore. Its weird i know, but all i have to do is make a backup with sprite backup, and after its done ( phone should have rebooted twice already ) I can access the bluetooth menu. Weird, I know but it works for me
