Appointments made on Treo don't sync to computer

I'm trying to figure out why appointments that I create originally on the Treo (Sprint 700wx) won't sync to Outlook. I get an error message that says "The following appointments failed to synchronize from the device:" Then it lists the appointment's subject, time and duration, and says Support Code: 1.

Appointments made on the computer sync to the phone just fine.

Computer is Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003.

I would try a couple of different things.

First I would probably delete the partnership between the PC and phone and reestablish it. I'm running Vista these days so I'm not quite sure how to do this anymore but I'm pretty sure you just go up in to the file menu or whereabouts and select delete partnerships or some such similarly labeled item.

Try that and see if it works, if not, let us know.
