Arrrgggh

I have this same problem....hit listen, nothing happens. I followed the reg edit as instructed. Now, the listen option is gone. HELP

If you followed the instructions, this wouldn't have happened. You most likely went editing where you probably shouldn't have. What exactly did you do?

Did you make a backup prior to the change? Restore that if you did.

I had the same problem, and when I took it to the Sprint store they replaced the phone for me.

Mine was pretty beat up anyway, so i was happy!

when I just press #1 isnt suppose to show voicemail? when I press the #1 it shows the 1st number in my contact list, is that normal?

When you press it or when you hold it down? When you press it it will use the smart dial function to find a match in your contacts.

If you are holding it and it dials something else than the voicemail, then check Menu - Speed Dial Options and map the 1 to Voicemail.

that did it, thank you so much for your help, the exact same thing yo said happened, now when I just press 1 is uses smart dial and shows the first contact I have on the list, when I hold it it goes to voicemail.
