Re: Pre vs Blackberry
I havent had any problems with my Pre (knock on wood), and i use the crap out of it, i let my customers use it all day long and dont have any of the issues reported in the many threads out there. Palms Synergy rocks, that will keep your calendar and appointments available with as little trouble to get to them as possible. I get email faster on my pre than my fellow coworkers with Blackberrys. If you arent on the BES then i would go with the pre, especially if you are in a TP right now.

Re: Pre vs Blackberry
My wife just dropped her Pre from lap height and its still solid. The web browsing is amazing on it! the calendar is great as well! tasks aren't as good imo

Re: Pre vs Blackberry
Let me clear this up for those who might be considering the Palm Pre. The numererous claims of "chintzy" hardware/ slide keyboard are bs and coming from individuals with a "unique" talent for finding a reason to not be satisfied. It's ridiculous to have to return a phone 4 times because they where all miraculously having the same hardware issue. Sometimes exchanges are completely necessary but in this case I seriously doubt it.

Re: Pre vs Blackberry
Great info in this thread, however, no one commented on the OPs question about the SERO plan. From what I know, you can't put the Pre on a Sero line...right?
