Not only am I having NO heat issues with this patch, but it seems to have fixed the occasional random resets that I was having.
Amazed at how fast everything loads and finishes now. Brings new life...

I can't find the 800 mhz kernel file for us 1.4.0 VZW users... anyone know where that is at?
EDIT: Nvm - I just found out it's compatible with both even though it says 1.4.1 in the filename.

guides as in instructions? I didn't think they were too bad. Most of the instructions were just making sure you have everything in your kernel set back to stock... otherwise it's just 4 or 5 simple steps if you already have the WOSQI installed.

Oops I didn't look at the updated post by the developer. It looks like everything is outlined in the picture attachments. If you installed the original .sh file you must uninstall first then download the .ipk and install. There is an alternate fresh install using Wget but I prefer using WebOS Quick Install on the my desktop.

Uninstalled the .SH and installed the IPK last night. So far I havent' noticed any difference. Anyone else?
