Re: Lioryte Base 28230+mortscript 4.3β ~170MB free

Post 1 updated with a link to an XDA_UC .cab file.

Edit: xda_uc .cab breaks the modem, so for now no xda_uc

Re: Lioryte Base 28230+mortscript 4.3β ~170MB free

So I just flashed 23529 and have run into a bit of a problem. I can't change the keyboard! I found the "Input" setting and can select the various keyboards but when I hit ok and come back in it is back to the default keyboard (which I hate). On the off hand chance that it was a similar problem to the ok button not working in the phone settings I mapped a button to ok, but got the same results. Am I missing something here or is this a bug?
Thanks.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. Where is this "menu" with the Default IM?
Thanks.

Not sure about 23529, it may already be in your start menu, It looks like a square white box.
I use 28230 and this cab file puts the app in the start menu.
It helps to have the keyboard of choice allready selected when you use the app.
Attached Files
File Type: cab Default_IM_WM5.CAB (25.0 KB, 2 views) Click for barcode!

thanks for the answer. i couldnt get it to work, but i think im going to go back to windows mobile 6.5. 6.5.3 just doesnt seem to play too nice with spb mobile shell and i hate the fact that "ok" no longer actually closes the application. i do like the space on liorytes roms so if you have any suggestion for a good 6.5 rom from him i'd appreciate it.

sheesh...that sucked writing that with the default keyboard!

28223 was a rock solid ROM.
ShowcaseSuite-1.1.0 works great for closing apps.
You just have to change a setting in the registry.
I'm running MS 3.5.3
SPB Time 3.2
Resco 2010 Beta3 with Today from the trial.
PocketDigitalClock 1.1.10 with the HelvLight font set to 73.
And Ageye GAlarm 2.3
And everything works well together.
This will have to hold me over until I can figure out the workings of that new UI kitchen...
