* Before asking about differences- Read first post

* Kinetic scrolling is working on 23060 but not working so well in 23420 (read known issues in post 1). It's a build issue since I didn't change anything that is scrolling related.

* I'm noticing now that the top taskbar is unresponsive on both releases, I think this might be an issue with the missing buttons fix on both builds as they both came with missing buttons. I didn't noticed that before so just take this into account before flashing I'll look into it later on today.

The ROM looks great. While I have not flashed to a new ROM in a while, I want to thank you for keeping on the cutting edge.

That said, has the cemail.vol issue been corrected in either of these new releases? I am itching to upgrade but need to be able to restore my sms/mms.

Sorry No.
I would try though, I would keep them in a folder on storage or my pc and flash, try to restore them in a regular way and if it doesn't work than just copy the folder?

Maybe I'm not fully aware of the issues, but my SMS from MyPhone restored just fine....

Do you restore MMS? What ROM version are you using? I have seen contradictory information about whether MMS is backed up and stored by My PHone.

Do you or anyone else know where I can find a Black (rock&republic) or "transparent" theme I can install and use on this ROM without breaking it? I have searched high and low and all i can seem to find are .tsk's that only work with the earlier builds.

Themes that work with current builds could be a greatly valued addition the the 2nd post Repo... (unless their under my nose and I just cant smell em?)

Email folder in Microsoft Office Outlook Mobile gets new colored icons.
Improved browsing experience on Internet Explorer Mobile.
Definitely more faster and responsive than the last leaked Build 23053.
Faster boot time.
Build 23420 has the new contacts app.
Build 23060 has the menu eye candy but not the new contacts app.
Incorporates the updated GUI from the later COM3 builds into COM4.
Better memory management.
