Re: Verizon i910 6.1 and 6.5 Kitchens Ready CC20 and CF03

After the rom is loaded on the phone, there are some contacts namely (#BAL, #PMT, #DATA, #MIN etc). How does one remove these contacts in kitchen? I do not want to change the default contact application.

Also how do you prevent the welcome screen after phone starts from a flash?

This did not work for me so I used osnbtool. Guess I did not realise of easy it was.

osnbtool -ap xip.bin 14.0 where 14.0 is new page pool size in MB.

After doing "osnbtool -ap xip.bin 14.0", is there anything I have to do with updated xip.bin? Or I am ok to build the rom (clicking aaa_Click2Build.cmd)?

I already built the rom.. asking for verification.
Thanks.

I don't click on the aaa_Click2Build.cmd. Normally, I just drag the OS.nb file over BuildRom.cmd and that brings up the BuildOS box.

Re: Verizon i910 6.1 and 6.5 Kitchens Ready CC20 and CF03

Sorry I have been so sparse lately. Real life has taken over.

So...

1. I am stopping my support of the kitchens. I just don't have the time anymore.
2. I am dropping the base and M2D roms, and restructuring the vanilla rom. I'd love to keep supporting three roms, but I just don't have the time anymore. I am so sorry, folks.

I understand this may impact others, and they may decide to use someone else's ROMs. I encourage this, if my ROM does not fit your needs.

Whether to "drag the OS.nb file over BuildRom.cmd" or use aaa_CLICK2BUILD. Do need to anything with the xip.bin after running osnbtool -ap xip.bin 14.0 to change page pool size.

To remove the welcome screen, remove the welcome shortcut from sys\redist
