Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs

I'm gonna vote v4... I like the percentage a little better (even though it moves in 20's, come on samsung...). I also like the look a little better. But if v3 wins out, I like that one too.

Honestly, I didn't even know grigoris existed before I loaded your rom.

Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs

I like v3 over v4. I do have one issue with the battery meter so far on v4, I dont remember if it was present in v3 though. The battery meter on the taskbar is way off from the actual battery level. My phone is fully charge but the batt meter on grigoris v4 is only showing 50%, and has never been above 50% actually. Anyone else see this??

Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs

We'll see how it goes with the taskbar, I think I will leave it for now. Its pretty simple to install what you want, and no lose much space. I will also make a cab for those who want default icons.

Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs

So I have now officially installed and tried all the i910 ROMs and I have to say that I like Adrynalyne's base rom the best out of all of them. I have really gotten used to SPB MS2 and just can't make the switch to MS3. M2D isn't doing it for me either. So with the base rom installed and all my progs re-installed including MS2 I have a whopping 97MB remaining in storage! This is compared to 19MB with the leaked rom.

My only problem is that I have actively used the Smart Reader so I re-installed it from files available. The prog starts up just fine but will not recognize any cards now. After taking the pic I get the message saying that the image is loading, then recognizing and then an error simply saying "unable to recognize".

I have reinstalled several times both to main memory and to my storage. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Thanks again for cooking up a great rom! My Omnia has never been faster!

Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs

I will probably have to make a cab for it. Give me some time, I have to hunt down all the files and registry entries.

Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs

I may have found a bug, but it's probably a codec issue. I tried to make a video and it will not play. The camera calls it "unable to read this file". Weird thing is that I have videos that I recorded pre flash that work just fine? I noticed the file assosiations are still to touch player. Either way they are all 3g2 files, so why would one work and another not?

rom is 1.0 m2d

trying to use smart reader I get a crash with DioOCR.exe listed

Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs

I'll need to reconstruct Smart Reader into a workable cab. I removed a ton of Smart Reader stuff. Its a big program. Please be patient as I don't think I can get to it today.

What program did you try to play the file with? Can you make a demo one and post it here?
