1.4 has a bug with google maps. The link on the M2D screen is broken...

async killer can be disabled by removing the shortcut in the \windows\startup folder. My apologies for missing your post.

I would wait, I just reported a bug for 1.4 and it looks like a bugfix edition is en route. Why waste the time on two flashes.
