Yeah, but the $349 is after 2 year contract and $100 MIR. So you're getting an extra rebate?

Also, you generally can't get the rebate if you buy the phone from Best Buy. Some people have reportedly gotten it...but most are denied.

Yes yes I know where the $350 price comes. Doesn't stop me from sending in my rebate form to sprint though. Hasn't failed yet with the mogul or TP.
