yeah that's never something you like to see because its almost like in the NFL where the owner can just drop you even though you have a contract and it's like "sorry, terms changed"

Comcast tried to rape me with that one...

Re: sprint capping "unlimited" data

when i first got my diamond in feb. my bill had 15g of data usage from downloading roms and apps. but there were no extra charges.. i still use on average 8g a mounth teaathering and tinkerin. i have an older free incoming 500 plan with 30 dollar unlimitted data pack. ive never been charged for usin to much data. i do though get calls from sprint where tere trying to convince me to switch to a everythong plan. whitch i refuse to do cuz they all cost more then what i pay already. im guessin the plan i have is one of the grandfathered plans u guys r talkin bout. im thinkin its another reason not to switch to an everthing plan.

With usb, I am able to charge while surfing.

I use WM WiFi Router for hours upon hours, and charge my Diamond through the provided AC cord with no problems what so ever. I can even charge it through the USB on my Macbook.

Yeah, no major news on Sprint about the tethering, but to be on the safe side, I personaly use PDANet. PDANet supposes to mask the tethering so Sprint can't tell. Just a peace of mind thing

Re: sprint capping "unlimited" data

I don't think sprint really gives a damn, I have yet to see ONE person here say they got charged for tethering using ANY method...
