Touch Pro2 Next Month

It looks like HTC is gearing up for the release of the TP2...I was looking for information and found this page http://www.htc.com/www/product/touchpro2/gallery.html They don't have a link from the main page yet, so I don't think it was suppose to be seen yet. (I am sure I am not the first...lol)

Okay maybe not...I was looking around further and this appears to be country dependent...if you note the main folder is http://www.htc.com/www

It's been release in Europe. That's part of the worldwide web site. If you go to the european web site and you will see all the info.

I just call a sprint store and they said Sept 09. But if you see the photo from htc.com you see 10:23pm Oct 23rd?

While I want this phone now!!!!! I think i would much rather have this push back to closer to november when I can get my upgrade credit

Wondering what does the date oct 23rd and time 10:23pm on an euro gsm model tp2 has to do with the release date of the sprint tp2 some kinda Da Vinci Code thingy going on there? LoL and wow!!! Amazing out of all the clueless sprint stores/CSR of sprint you called and got them to really tell you not only the month but the date they plan on releasing the tp2 on sprint when 3 out of 5 couldn't tell you what a palm pre is right now...hmmmm not calling you an liar but.....?

my 10 cents i am guessing october lol mainly becasue it was about then the tp1 came out then again if sprint wants to keep up july would be my guess. but october I am sticking with.

Oct maybe so..maybe not...but like you said if sprint wanna keep up/stay ahead than maybe a july release with the tp2 would be best IMO

since we're basically at this guessing game lemme take a shot =D im saying novemberish time. why? in november 07 sprints coolest phone came out (touch vogue) and here we are again, anticipating a cool new phone (tp2). im just feeling sprint is an end of the year kinda company, push out the new hip phone just before christmas. none the less, I so can't wait.

release in Nov? then two months later in Jan 2010, HTC announce TP3. then more people jump ships to ATT for Iphone S. in this fast-chaning smartphone market, one moth delay will cost company millions. they can't afford messing around. Palm Pre alone can't save Sprint. they don't have much hope for Pre anyway, after wasting money ($100million ad and GUI design) on a miserable failure and over-hyped Instinct.
