I do like the touch pro's finish, but that one in the pic looks dull to me.?. It may just be me.

It used to be a year or so (Mogul and Touch) With the Diamond and TP, they cut that down to six months. And let us not forget, Sprint was the first stateside carrier rocking the Diamond and TP, CDMA or otherwise.

The dumbest thing they did with the Diamond is the undercover reset button. Hope they fixed this with the D2.

The touch pro 2 has an undercover soft reset button as well so I wouldn't count on the diamond 2 having its exposed.

Thing I cant figure out is if the Touch Pro 2 will be the Rhodium for Sprint. As both the phones look diff and the back of the Rhodium has a flash where the TP2 does not it has a mute Mic button. I want my camera flash...!!! its what has always set apart the Mogul from the touch the TP from the diamond. And a real speaker please.... the one on the tp2 looks nice but I hope it does not sound as tinny as the one on the current tp.

With the PRE dropping next month I can't see Sprint getting either the TD2 or TP2 anytime soon. They are not going to do anything to jeopardize PRE sales.

I believe the same thing. I think they would like to make the biggest deal about the PRE and not release the TP2 until August or so.

The sooner, the better. The sooner they release the D2 and TP2, the sooner they can start talking D3 and TP3, which are likely to be nvidia Tegra based, (but why didn't they just wait a little longer on the creation of D2 and TP2 and let those be Tegra based?!)

Looking at how sprint goes about releasing phones. If they even were to have a Diamond and Pro2 It would undoubtedly release it Q3 this year or Q1 next year.
