Re: mail2web live will cost atfter may 1,2009
Switching to HOTMAIL because it's free. I'll just have to forward my regular email there.
I think Mail2Web was awesome untill they got GREEDY. I was considering upgrading to their pro plan for the HTML email, but not now...

I just bought a new server, Windows 2008 Server and Exchange 2007 Enterprise Edition with all of the corresponding CALs needed for my company. The total bill was just under $12,000 for the hardware and software. This does not include my time for installation or maintenance. And you have the nerve to call them greedy? Wow...

Re: mail2web live will cost atfter may 1,2009
I don't think I would call them greedy since they provided such an awesome service free. I'm glad you posted how much everything ran for you to upgrade so we have an idea on how much cost mail2web is incurring. I've gotten use to mail2web and will be paying as well.
Although I do have my hotmail on push too b/c of HTML email, but you can't beat being able to add tasks, contacts, and calendar appointments on the fly if you have a computer and don't want to put it in the touch pro directly. |

Re: mail2web live will cost atfter may 1,2009
This is rather upsetting to me. Mail2web was awesome and so convenient. I have been using it for almost 4 years now. If they only had a more reasonable price for the plan. Something like $50 dollars for the whole year or something like that.
I have like 5 phones with mail2web accounts and we use it for calendaring and mobile mail. And I am facing paying 50$ a month, which is kinda steep. Are there any other providers that are this reliable/ easy to setup for free? Is windows live mail comparable, or does it have limitations? |
